1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• You received a wrong, damaged, defective, or expired product

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

🛑 Returns are not accepted for perishable, customized, digital, or clearance-sale items unless damaged or wrong item was sent.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Downloadable/Digital products

• Opened food items or personal hygiene products

• Products purchased under final-sale/clearance category

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

3. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of receiving the product

2. Provide:

   • Order ID

   • Photo/Video proof (in case of damage)

   • Reason for return

3. Wait for approval and return instructions

4. Ship the product back to our address or request a pickup (if available in your area)

4. Return Shipping Charges

• Our fault (wrong/damaged item): Return shipping is free

• Customer’s change of mind or wrong address: Customer must pay return shipping charges

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)

🧾 For COD orders, refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer – customer must provide details.

6. Exchange Policy

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we can arrange an exchange at no extra cost

• Exchanges depend on stock availability

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

1. Check your bank or UPI account

2. Contact your bank if not received in 7 business days

8. International Orders

• We currently do not offer returns/refunds for international orders unless the product is damaged or incorrect

• Customs fees or duties are non-refundable
