• India: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, XpressBees, etc.

• International: DHL, Aramex, FedEx, UPS, and others

Delivery times may vary based on product type, pincode, customs delays (for international), etc.

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders (India): Free shipping on orders above ₹499

• COD Orders (India): ₹40–₹80 extra (depending on order size)

• International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

• You can track your order using our Track Order page or the courier’s tracking site.

6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

• Customs duties or taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

• Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

• Some products may not be eligible for international delivery due to legal/restriction issues.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• If accepted and found damaged later, share unboxing video or photo proof within 24 hours
